Vintage Solid Wood Kinnara Sculpture. Beautiful hand carved details. Measures approx 15 3/4" tall x 8" wide x 3 3/4" deep. Good condition, there are two places of damage: (1) back of the tip, and (2) tail.  Slight wear (dust) overall. Please refer to pictures carefully before purchase.More about Kinnara:In Buddhist mythology and Hindu mythology, a kinnara is a paradigmatic lover, a celestial musician, half-human and half-horse (India). In South-east Asia, two of the most beloved mythological characters are the benevolent half-human, half-bird creatures known as the Kinnara and Kinnari, which are believed to come from the Himalayas and often watch over the well-being of humans in times of trouble or danger.
